H.E. Michael Starbaek Christensen

Ambassador Michael Starbæk Christensen is currently the Ambassador of Denmark to France (since 2019). He is a distinguished diplomat with previous experience as the Diplomatic Adviser and EU Sherpa to the Danish Prime Minister, the Political Director and Director for Global Security at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Copenhagen, and Deputy Head of Cabinet (Commissioner for Climate Change) at the European Commission. Ambassador Christensen received a Master of Law from the University of Copenhagen in 1993 and a Master in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School in 2004.


Etienne Tichit

Etienne Tichit, pharmacist (University of Paris-Sud-1994), graduate of INSEAD (2008), Harvard (2015) & IMD (2023) holds the position of Corporate Vice President and Managing Director of Novo Nordisk France since October 2019. Since 2021 he is also a Board member of the pharma association Leem, leading the European pharma group, and Vice President

Public Affairs of Polepharma, the first pharmaceutical production network in Europe. Since 2022, Etienne is leading the National Environmental Roadmap for the healthcare sector, mandated by the French Government & FEFIS (Fédération Française des Industries de Santé).


Denise Silber

The founder of Basil Strategies and VRforHealth.com Denise Silber is a digital health thought leader and pioneer. A Smith College graduate in government studies, Denise Silber served as a Foreign Service Officer at the US Embassy in Mexico City, before going on for her MBA at Harvard. She was awarded the French Legion of Honor in 2011 for her contribution to eHealth, and 2018, was elected to the InspiringFifty women in tech. In 2022, Denise was selected by the European Commission as a Digital EU ambassador. Her Harvard alumni activities include hosting the Harvard Alumni Entrepreneur podcasts and her activity with HCF including six years as Vice-President and her membership in the Honorary Committee.
