Paris 1874 : Inventing Impressionism

150 years ago, on April 15, 1874, the first impressionist exhibition opened in Paris. “Hungry for independence”, Monet, Renoir, Degas, Morisot, Pissarro, Sisley and Cézanne decided to free themselves from the rules by holding their own exhibition, outside official channels: Impressionism Was Born.

The AFMO has kindly invited the Harvard Club of France and the Stanford Club of France to attend their Spring Open House, which will give us full access to this premiere exhibition with guided tours.

Drinks and light food (cocktails and canapés) will be provided thanks to the participation of Maison Drouin which will create a special cocktail for the occasion, with cider, calvados and apple juice.

Join us for this unique opportunity to see and be inspired by 130 works, including some which have never been shown before.

HCF and SCF are proud to support the arts and will donate all proceeds to the AFMO. Don’t hesitate to provide additional support!

Don’t wait, space is limited!
