You think You Can – Street – Dance?
LOCKING which originated in the late 60’s in Los Angeles thanks to Don “Campbellock” Campbell, is known to be the first street dance of the modern day era.
It is by nature improvisational, but also consists of signature moves and synchronised steps used in the 70’s Funk, Disco and more recent Hip Hop dancing. Think Soultrain, James Brown and other Earth Wind and Fire.
The class will last an hour 15 minutes and will be given by a professional dancer and choreographer. We will meet at the bar before the class to get to know each other, network, with drinks and nibbles for those who wish.
Let’s forget about work, follow the music and let our body move!
PS: Stripy clothes and hats are not mandatory! Come as you are (a comfortable outfit is recommended)
