Code of Conduct

The Harvard Club of France is dedicated to fostering a safe, productive, and inclusive environment for all participants in events and activities. To this end, we expect members to:

• Treat all participants with respect and consideration
• Be considerate, respectful, and collaborative
• Communicate openly, focusing on ideas rather than personal critique
• Be aware of their surroundings and fellow members
• Respect the rules and policies of the event venue

The following behavior is not acceptable within our club:

• Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form
• Physical or verbal abuse
• Threatening, stalking, or hostile behavior

As a private club, the Harvard Club of France reserves the right to take necessary actions, including removal from the event without refund and barring from future events – although we hope these situations will not arise. In case the need arises, please report unacceptable behavior to the Harvard Club of France executive committee.
