You can find our latest by-laws as voted at the Extraordinary General Assembly on November 30th, 2023.

The most significant change voted by the Assembly is the creation of a specific status of Associate member to be more inclusive for our Harvard community.

It is more reflective of Harvard profiles. Until 2023,  only alumni from degree-granting programs could sign up as members. The category of Associate Member now includes:

• alumni of non-degree conferring programs of study;
• current students, affiliated researchers; and
• current and former members of the administration.

However, Associate members do not have the ability to vote at the General Assembly.
