Harvard Kennedy School Chapter
Mission
The mission of the HKS Chapter is to inspire, connect, engage, promote and create opportunities for all members of the HKS community in France.
The HKS Chapter was founded by Benoit Rossi (MPP'06) in 2013 in the presence of former Dean, Joseph Nye. The Chapter is currently co-chaired by Annick Steta (MC-MPA'21), Eva Bernard (MC-MPA'17) and Audrène Eloit (MC-MPA'14).
Who are we?
The HKS Chapter is a home for the HKS community in France: alumni and former students - including graduates, executive education students, current students, fellows and professors. Altogether, we hope to create a space for those dedicated to public service who once answered the call to "Ask What You Can Do", whether they are now in governments, non-profit organizations or the private sector. The Chapter is for them a way to maintain their connection to HKS, develop their interests and connect to one another.
We are lucky to benefit from an impressive and dynamic community, with 4 HKS alumni in our Honorary Board and 2 former HCF Presidents.
What do we do?
We focus on topics that are currently relevant and/or of particular interest to our community (European elections, international development, geopolitial context...) as well as provide a place for HKS alumni to meet and exchange.
Activities of the HKS Chapter include social gatherings, afterworks, talks, conferences and much more ! We organize both exclusive events for the HKS community, and events on policy and politics opened to the whole Harvard community. We are regularly in touch with the Alumni Office at HKS and connected to our peer chapters all across Europe.
How to get in touch?
By joining the Harvard Club of France as a member, you are automatically included in HKS Chapter's communications. We also strive to contact newcomers to France thanks to information from Alumni Office.
That being said, the simplest way to get in touch or subscribe to our communications is through this form. All ideas, questions, suggestions are welcome !
We also have a dedicated Whatsapp group that you can join by scanning the QR code.
