Join us and learn how their impressive, social impact companies are changing early and general education for children and youth, from birth to age 18

Sridevi Raghavan (HBS MBA 2005) is Sr Vice President – Education, Quality and Sustainability at Babilou Family, a French early education leader which counts as among the largest daycare and early education networks in the world, serving over 50,000 children across 12 countries. Sridevi joined the Babilou Family in 2018 when she sold her pioneering Indian daycare chain, (born at an HBS Business Plan Competition) to Babilou Family, first as Country Manager of India , and from 2020 in a global role in Paris.

At Babilou, “our people are united by a common educational mission with 3 developmental goals for the kids : Believe in him or herself, Learn all the time, Explore the World. This common educational mission respects local curricula in each country.”

Michaela Horvathova (EdM ’14) is a co-founder and Chief Education Officer at Beyond Education – a French-based edtech start-up that develops and provides online courses spanning 21st century competencies for students aged 10 to 18. Michaela is an international education expert focused on the future of education and skills for the digital age and the 4th Industrial Revolution. She has previously been a consultant at the OECD, UNICEF, IB and several public, private, and non-profit sector institutions.
