We are delighted to invite you to meet two leading women partners from elite executive search firms, Caroline Apffel and Marie Baudron, who will share their insights and answer your questions.

Discussions will continue during a cocktail in the prestigious settings of our host Hogan Lovells Paris.

Caroline Apffel is a partner at the renowned search and leadership advisory firm Spencer Stuart. A member of Spencer Stuart’s Technology, Media, Telecommunications & Services and Digital & Technology Officer practices, she focuses on a wide range of sectors, including software, IT services, digital media and e-commerce, and communication services. Caroline is the co-founder of Women Corporate Directors Paris and a frequent speaker at technology conferences. She is also a mentor at Force Femmes

Marie Baudron is a partner at the prominent search firm Egon Zehnder, where she acts as a trusted advisor to banking and insurance clients. Based in Paris, she has deep expertise in CEO succession and talent management. She is a core member in the Leadership Advisory and Board Consulting practices. Marie was also a member of the global board of directors of Egon Zehnder where she chaired the people committee.
